People talk a lot about a car’s ability to get from 0-60. And that’s cool. It’s an important feature in a car and offers power and potential. But equally – if not more – important is how quickly it can get from 60-0. Without the brakes, you wouldn’t last a day.
It’s this relationship between activity and stillness that contains all the juice. Just a little stillness powers a whole lot of goodness in my life. Detailing that in real time is my practice.
